He escaped from Somalia with his family a number of years ago, the Somalian government tried to get him and his family to come back, but Jock Brown intervened and got the Scottish government involved to stop him going back. He has now played for every level of the Scottish national team in his permitting age groups, so tell me... Don't you think if he was older it would have been found out in all these happenings?

Lukaku is Belgian with a famous footballer as a father, if he was going to forge a birth certificate he'd get found out.

It's very common in Africa for people in their late teens or early 20s to forge certificates claiming to be quite a few years younger, happens all the time.

He's been in the country for ten years, I think somebody may have noticed at an earlier age if he was older than he claimed to be. Particularly by anything more than two years.

There was a programme a while ago, or might have just been a report, i can't remember, about how prevalent it is in places like Africa, and you'd be surprised not only at how often it takes place, but how easy it is to do.

Even 5-10 years ago this would've been an issue, but at a big club like Celtic or Chelsea the medicals are so advanced it would be easy to tell someone's age quite accurately.

X-rays and MRIs of bone and muscle structures are giveaways and to be absolutely sure they could easily test the cell teleomeres.

Yep seen them this morning and were all good goals ...not sure he will be a top top player as his height goes against him ... however you never know he may be another Messi in disguise .... cant believe the potato munchers discovered him though
