For me it'd be Jack Wilshere - an incredible talent at such a young age, and will surely just continue to get better and better. His work-rate and desire are second to none, but technically he's superb too and the way he manages to out-muscle and shield the ball from players (despite his small frame) just amazes me.

I really think he has it all, and in a few years you won't find a more complete midfielder around. Vision, technique, pace, engine, strength - all superb.

He seems quite loyal to Arsenal unfortunately, but I believe they could be in danger of missing out on the Champion's League spots in the foreseeable future, and when that happens, I hope we launch a very serious bid for him.

Josh and Wilshere are undoubtedly the future of English football, I'd love if they could play together at Chelsea too.
