8 to beat the record.  It'll be difficult but he can do it.  Regarding his pens, they're pretty good but I'd put Lebeouf and Graham Roberts slightly above him for them.

If he doesn't get injured I think he can do it, we're likely going to get another 3-4 penalties this season and I think he can score 4-5 from open play before the end of the season too.

Well the goal in question is if you want to get all OCD over a forum thread about it - but I get what you getting at.

Lamps is without a doubt the best penalty taker in the league, to the point that I think no one, fan, pundit or neutral alike ever expects/worries he's going to miss.

Only good thing about todays game was Lampard getting another goal.
