You can't really say our defense was bad tonight? There might have been one occasion where they got hit on a counter that was caused by Romeu. Anyhow, between Ivan and Dave for me again today. The only two that seemed to be any kind of threat, and that's in attack as well.

Mata, at least improved our drive for a goal when he came on.

That performance had Rafa's Liverpool all over it, took no risks & silly starting line up.

No-one really stood out a huge amount, but probably Hazard for being the main threat until he got taken off. Azpi had another good game too, the defence was solid overall in fact.

Mata. Don't know why he didn't start.

But i was pleased to see Marin get some minutes, he was very lively when he came on, cutting inside, running past defenders and put in a good long pass to one of our players, don't remember who.

although Fata dropped Mata I would still give him credit for what he done when he came on, Azpi and Cech done well but the excitement of watching the superb players we've brought in has gone, looking at Red Tie in the Dugout is hard to take and what has been a really interesting transitional season for me has turned into a dull uninspiring load of dross.

voted cech because he was solid when called upon...

edit - If we could vote for fulham players i would choose Sidwell or Berbatov - thought they both had cracking games, and nice to see steve getting regular games.
