Benteke was a one season wonder. He's been pretty poor this season and last and Villa would want about 20m if not more. I'd much rather keep Remy than waste money on him.

He had a great first season, a great start to his second season before getting injured and then struggled until he did his achilles. That meant he missed all of pre-season which is always a tough thing for a footballer. Now he seems to be getting back to his best.

Anyone writing him off is a braver person than I considering he's still only 24.

Are you off your head?! He has been injured much of this season and since Sherwood took over from that dour c**t Lambert, he's scoring better than a goal a game.

I don't particularly want him either, but "one-season wonder" is just errant nonsense

I would build a shrine to Tim Sherwood himself, or just watch every new episode of Jeremy Kyle to improve its ratings, which ever one pleases him.

Get the tv remote ready Slawth, or find out when Shrines R Us is open :)

Is it just me or is the atmosphere in games at Wembley always a bit flat ? For such a big stadium you would think it would be a bit louder.

Don't they give about 1/3 of seats to corporates? The big stand in view of the TV cameras is always half empty.

Think it may be acoustics.

I don't know about other matches, but don't they sell and give away majority of the tickets to neutrals in cup finals?

Only problem I have with an Arsenal vs Villa final is Arsenal will walk all over them

Hmm, not so sure, Reading held on and Villa seem stronger than Reading.

No dream final win for Stevie weevie.

AHAHAHAHAHHAAHAHHAAHAHHAHA

After their celebrations the other day too after winning the replay. Oh how DELISH.

Pleased for those Villa fans, you'd think it was the final, they're loving it!
