Can someone explain this weird rule that European refs have been using of late ? Why is it they blow their whistle right on 45 minutes or just before it ? How can there be zero time added on when players are going down from fouls, the ball is going out of play and goals are being scored ? I don't get it.

My god, that was the worst game I've ever seen, I have never seen so much diving in all my life, the game must of had 30 minute stoppage time. The whistle blew literally every 10 seconds, players just going down everytime they touched.
