Who is the third best player in the world?

Featured Replies

Hazard easily has the potential to be 3rd and 2nd with the way Messi is floundering and if he continues to improve on last years form no reason why he can't, Neymar is a candidate. Suarez cannot be a genuine candidate until he returns to last years form because we don't know how much the biting ban has taken out of him, If he does then he's also got a very good case. Bale might have to move to another club to genuinely fight his case for this and Aguero might need to join a team who can actually get of their CL group because he doesn't get enough of a fair chance to show how good he is on the European stage with our constant messing about. I don't rate the Bosnian Heskey, He couldn't cut it at Barcelona, He fell out with arguably the best manager of our time and flat tracks it in a poor Ligue 1, We seemed to have over rated him simply because of that performance and that goal, Not for me. Robben is also a candidate but the problem for him is he is in a side which are not overly reliant on one player so therefore he will never be able to steal the limelight as some of the others in the discussion.

Suarez was 3rd best last season for sure.

Since the world cup though he hasn't played and obviously isn't up to speed.

Theres a few now like Bale, Robben and Aguero.
