Another way to look at it is the medical staff are part of the team, like Jose, like his coaches, like the players. If they players are playing cr*p and doing things wrong, in Jose's opinion, it would be normal for him to shout at them from the sidelines.

 

In his opinion the two Docs did wrong in the Swansea game, so he shouted at them. Part of the team, equal treatment. Now we do not always agree with how Jose sees things (see Brana still being picked) but end of the day he is a man of his own opinion, he believed he was right and they were wrong.

 

If that had been a player or two he had yelled at would there be this clamor for him to say sorry? Do not think so. Way I see it is he was treating them as a part of the team, no special treatment.

 

Sadly this whole thing will likely harm the chances of any female docs, coaches and what not stepping up to the higher levels. If you do and treat them equally to your male staff, you are branded a sexiest.

I find it laughable that there were calls for Jose to be punished for swearing at a member of his staff on the touchline.
