There are plenty of doctors out there.

I'd rather we had one Jose trusted and didn't bring any divides with them, clearly Eva and Jose didn't see eye to eye and The manager is far more important that a club doctor. She can easily be replaced...he cannot.

No matter who was in the right we have to move on, now she is out of the picture hopefully this can all be left behind Chelsea FC.

It's fascinating reading this thread. This is clearly a very divisive subject.

Personally it's a Mourinho sh*tstorm too far for me. I've defended him (and the club) in previous situations when I probably shouldn't have but my love for the club has taken over and let my heart rule my head. But I was appalled when this happened and I'm still appalled at it now. Worse of all it's all only just starting - this is going to get bigger and messier and we are going to get some of the worst publicity we have ever had. I agree there will be people in the media and people not involved in the game throwing their oars in, and some of it will be unfair for sure but a lot of it is going to be deserved - it's going to be the ultimate PR nightmare.

I didn't become a supporter of CFC for this. Apart from this post I'm staying well away from it, as for me it's simply no fun and not what being a football supporter is about.

It's a a total sh*tstorm , shockingly handled, which could've been nipped in the bud a month ago but is going run and run and affect us off the pitch and I fear, on it too.

This isn't what I signed up for. Shame on everyone, but mostly Jose. I love the bloke and what he has done for the club but by God does he come at a cost. This is all total bollocks.

There will be lots of 'inside sources' loosely translated (we made the whole thing up) and idiots slagging us off. Who cares. I don't watch/ read news or listen to the radio. Journalists/media workers are sub human scum. f**k em all.

She will come good. It just seems she's lost her confidence in front of the patient and can't heal them right away like she used to do....500 pages later...

Some balls. You're assigning character traits to a person (such at 'not loyal') you don't know, based on a conflict she's involved that is a black box to us. That is not exactly the balanced opinion you can thump your chest about. It's not a bad thing, you know, not to immediately form an opinion and shout it off the roof.

My point is that a lot of people hang her out to dry without having a clue still what has been going on behind the scenes or what is going to happen. And whatever Fearn did or did not do is neither here or there in the whole discussion.

 

We already know a lot of details, she showed lack of loyalty with public messages against her employers and left the club. Whatever happens now in terms of a lawsuit or quiet departure is another story.

 

As for "PR disaster" and "worst publicity", no. This is just an overreaction to an extreme overreaction of groups with clear agendas. It has no effect on us as a brand or as a football team. We lived through it for many years now, people in the media masking their bullsh*t by blowing things out of proportion to create the imaginary image they want to present this club as. We're getting bigger deals and growing globally every year. The success of this club depends on the on pitch success and the marketing and popularity of players and manager. No worthless article or interview is going to change that. Carneiro will be forgotten in a few months.

I don't know how the UK's legal system operates exactly but those are the three available alternative dispute resolutions (ADRs) available to legal clients in trying to resolve a legal dispute in Australia. Also in Australia there is an option to use a civil and administrative tribunal to resolve such disputes as well. 

It depends on whether it's mediation, arbitration or conciliation.
