The awful thing is there are young women up and down the country who face sexism at work from time to time, and day in and day out.  They are faceless and voiceless, some carry on, some leave, some are forced to leave.  Will this situation help them? I don't know.

Sexism is regretful and like racism, shouldn't exist in today's society but again like racism there are different levels and many people go completely OTT at the very mention of the topic.

 

It is not just women who face issues at work - many people are bullied & discriminated at work and face the same dilemma of whether to carry on in the job or being forced to leave but are unable to play the sexism or racism card.

After this happened I believe I read Jon fearn went back to work at our training ground, whereas Eva never returned.

If true who made that call. If jose or the club you can see why she would be unhappy with this. If it was her own call though and refused such a role it would harm her claim most likely.

Sexism like racism is used by some people for their own interests, Don't get me wrong, I am against these things, but most of "discriminated" people are just morons who cannot achieve anything in competed area.

 

For example - a girl calls me son of a bitch? Is that a sexism?

 

I work with people and  organizations. There is no a phenomenon sexism. If there is, it's against men, not women.

 

Carneiro is one of these ones I am talking about. It is not even worth to talk about her.

I don't, I rarely use the word women without young, not sure why, possibly I don't know many women older than me.

Why can't Jose and Eva settle their differences by talking? Why? I'd think two adults are able to do that. Why involve lawyers? Why involve doctors association? Why let this thing live its life in the press? People can be so stupid! Enfuriates me reading headlines of this incident.

If Jose can't live with Eva as her doctor settle it behind closed doors somehow.

You heard it here first, folks!! Jose is a WOMAN!!  That explains his little tantrum!

If HIS doctor was a man they'd already settled it I have a feeling. Not blaming Eva one bit here but it is pretty universal women and men might have their differences...

All this sexist stuff makes me smile - if I could be bothered, I would troll back through the match threads to see who the posters were (and there were loads of them) who drooled every time Eva came on the pitch! (double entendre intended, by the way).

I personally didn't find Eva all that attractive. Not unattractive.

So is her attractiveness down to the fact she is a woman in what is predominantly a man's world?

Not my cup of tea either. I do think a lot of willies were talking, novelty factor perhaps.
