I would like us to start him against Arsenal in the Community shield. He looks more ready for the season than Willian or Cuadrado right now.

Well, if we have to go into pens against Arsenal on Sunday, we have prepared ourselves well for it. Great penalties and great goalkeeping.

This and the PSG game could come in handy on Sunday. Let Arsenal make all the boasts they like about pre-season and being the masters of playing when there's nothing on the line. When the chips are down we 100% have the mental edge over them. Thought we looked really good with 9 of the first eleven on the pitch, especially Hazard/Oscar/Fabregas. Still unsure whether I would go with out of Zouma/Cahill and Willian/Moses but thankfully it is in the safest hands we could wish for.

Very enjoyable first half, second half subs killed our rhythm though and Barcelona took control in the second half. 2-2 was fair enough at full time, pens were spot on again though. Hopefully Costa only went off as a precaution and it's nothing serious.

Good game, really enjoyed it.
Some real positives incl, Kenedy, Moses and Zouma.
Only worry for me was Costa coming off with a possible recurrence of that poxy hamstring injury.
All in all i thought that was a good pre season game played at a decent tempo........

A good work out.....still worried about the organization of defence though going into the first few games.  Too many holes for my liking, and looked very ragged at times....probably not busting a gut but even so we need more work at the back for me.  Midfield and strikers look good.  Moses has had a good pre-season and should at least make the bench on Sunday...
