John Stones

Pogba is proven on the highest level while Stones isn't?

Are you trying to suggest intrrnational experience is more important than PL experience? We should just stick Christiansen in then, he has more experience at the highest level than Stones.

I found Jose very interesting in the presser when he spoke of what Pedro would gain out of his comfort zone, PL team etc.

I'm suggesting playing in world cups, CL finals, winning titles and cups in Italy plus playing nearly 100 games for Juventus is a hell of a lot more than young Stones has done so far.

It's really pretty simple...

“When you go to Chelsea at young age it’s up to you if you want to survive. Do you really want to fight for your place? You get maybe one or two chances, and if you take them you will continue getting them. But sometimes it depends on the situation too. It’s really up to you as a player.

“I made a decision to leave, because in my mind, I thought: I am 21. What’s going to happen now?

“I chose to go to a project where there are young players trying to develop into top players and win titles along the way.  :happy001:

“I could easily have stayed at Chelsea to fight for my place. But you never know.

What a total w**ker, a whining little (big) kid who didn't have the guts to stay and fight for his place instead chose to go to a mid table team and the bit about winning titles just totally floored me :happy001:

Difference is Jose didn't much fancy Lukaku, whereas he clearly fancies Stones.

Therein lies the difference, Romelu.

hang on hang on, so when the papers report he is going to hand one in its bs, but when the echo say he isnt... its genuine?

and dont be so naive and think your manager wont sell him if he hands in a TR, of course he will.  That article suggests he wouldnt because itd be too late to get a replacement.... errr no it wouldnt

everything he is saying now is what you want to hear... is it not?

How old are you? Serious question

So international experience then? Its been established here that the Italian league is a joke.

Cant believe Im now defending spending ridiculous money on Stones but he plays a position we need, hes young, he has PL experience, and if things go well he'll be the best CB in the league. If thats not worth 40m then Pogba isnt worth double either.

And yet the team from the joke league made the European Cup final last season.

Monaco, also made it to the final once.. Some times it just opens up.

Juve were a decent team last year but I still consider the league to be sh*t
