If we sack Jose who else is there? Ancelotti?

There's nobody. No choice but to remain. If we're in this position by the end of the season obviously sack him.

There's no outlet from the flanks in attack. Ivanovic is sh*t in attack and Azpi being right footed can't get to the byline often enough and his right footed crosses would be a waste so he doesn't do that. With no attack from the wings, we try to go through the middle which opposition easily crowd out. Put a natural left footed left back on the left and a better runner on the right and we'll be much more threatening by stretching the game, also giving more space in the middle.

we can always bring them back just like we did for Jose

One thing we CAN'T do is sack Jose!!!! We've already sacked every other top manager, so that CANNOT be the problem.

Kloppo?

José blamed the ref? For what exactly, I'm assuming the Falcao incident? He should really watch those moments again before commenting on them, it was a clear dive in my opinion.

Oh well, onto the next one. With Jose as our coach hopefully.

If he quits he won't get the huge payment. That sounded like a man who wants out in my opinion.

Can't agree with you there, if he wanted to be sacked he would seek it but blaming it on the transfers and the the board/Roman.

He wants to hang on to his job.

Need to stick with during the hard times. His job now is to concentrate on champions league. Cannot keep swapping managers. We need to stand firm at least give him till next season, unless of things get worse and we look like getting relegated.

If we do remove him, then I think we can go 1 of 3 different ways.

1. See how Klopp does, though personally I don't think this would work out, much in the way AVB didn't

2. Bring Ancelotti back. One positive of this is, he at least was starting to integrate the youth a bit before he was sacked, so players like RLC, Kenedy, etc... will probably get more chances

3. Install Terry as temporary manager until the end of the season and see if Guardiola wants to come in.

None of the 3 will likely turn things around so drastically that we'll make top 4 with any kind of ease, but I can't see any other options. If Jose does go that is.

It seems anyone would do job better by just dropping jose's favorites and constant bad performers

Just imagining the power of the team we could had with Baba and RLC
Instead has to watch Ivanovic getting owned again and again
watching Fabregas not even trying, he doesn't care about this club its clear to see

Klopp nearly relegated Dortmund...wtf are you smoking?

Calm down deary, it was just an alternative answer to a previous question. My preference is still Jose. And I'm smoking Lamberts FYI.

Jose mourinho always leaves a club after 2/3 seasons, he milks everything he can out of the club and moves on. In my oppinion he has had enough, had lost the team, see's a problem he can't fix and wants out. He won't quit because he won't get his severance package. He needs to move on and be replaced in time for the january transfer window.

Saddening performance

Hope manager survives the international break

2 week hols coming up in UK going villa & dippers

want to see Jose in dugout

This is a false narrative.

8 step plan to change Chelsea fortunes:

1. Move to a 4-3-3 formation.

2. Play Baba + Azpi until January. Then decide if the pairing needs an upgrade or not.

3. Play Djilobodji next to Zouma. The guy is much better than his name gets credit for and Terry / Cahill are done.

4. Make Loftus Cheek a starter. EOS. Preferably by dropping Fabregas to the bench.

5. Make Bertrand Traore a second choice option in attack. At least give him a chance... Can't be any worse than Falcao or Remy...

6. Willian is the first man on the team list. Azpi the second.

7. Tell Costa to play football, not audition for Jerry Springer.

8. Play Hazard from the bench a few times. Give him a rest and let him be your impact sub.

p.s. Any chance we can bring back some players from loan? Or Didier Drogba for that matter?
