HM to Azpilicueta and Mikel

Begovic, if he wasn't doing well in goal we would've been twatted. He kept us in the game for so long.

Zouma, Azpi, Begovic and Willian were good. 

 

I went with Begovic.

Costa for me, never stopped trying and making runs, his hold up play was good and kept his temper in check. Unlucky not to get a goal as well.

He's looking sharp again and after missy another game Saturday should be raring to go in the league.

Costa, looked good on the attack, his hold up plays were fantastic and showed a great work rate.

Diego Costa. Probably would have scored if he actually had some help.

 

Azpilicueta was as cool as ever and Begovic saved it from being embarrassing again.

Diego for me. Showed more desire to win than anyone in the club.

 

Dave and Begovic did pretty well too.

Willian

Costa was the only one who looked like he gave a sh*t last night. 

 

Amazed at the number of people voting Willian, he was f**king useless with the exception of the free kick, was back to his usual self of contributing the grand sum of f**k all in attack situations. 

Costa for me, a bit more service and he would have scored, also thought he had a couple of mazy little runs with the ball under more control than usual, looked well up for it.

 

Willian was good as well as Azpi as usual, Begovic although not as comanding in the air as Curtois, is certainly a top class back up.

Diego.

Has to be Ivanovic. Porto's best player.

Ivanovic for me as well. The way he allowed Porto players to run past him as if he wasn't there. And his crucial clearance two yards from their goal when it looked like we might score, were the defining moments.

Without his captain’s performance Porto would never have won.
