December 15, 201510 yr Cannot be true, JT was there. If it is, seriously JT WTF! Disappointed in Willian and Zouma if they skipped it. The rest not surprised in the least. Terry had already gone off and perhaps thought it was more important he was at Mourinho's side for the inevitable blocking that no doubt happened. With the other 2, I imagine they would have followed the majority of their teammates being still young and not (yet) leaders in the team, but this is all ifs and buts.
December 15, 201510 yr Woke up at 5am to watch that garbage. First 55 minutes were absolutely the worst we have ever played. Jose has to go,

In this case, the Internet does not lie. Ivanovic looked around to see where the rest were and saw no one, looked sad and embarrassed. Watched it from Row D, in person.
December 15, 201510 yr Was at the game, can't say the performance was particularly impressive (especially the first half). That said, we did improve after we switched to three at the back although we still weren't very cohesive going forward. I also got to throw the ball to Azpilicueta at one point which was nice. Have now been to 12 Leicester home games since April last season; my first game was the 2-1 win against West Ham when they started the outrageous run of form which culminated with them escaping relegation, and now being top of the table in the middle of December. The results in that time are staggering. I may well be their lucky charm. I had a look at the stats for their last 12 home games with me, and their last 12 home games without me (I couldn't get into the Arsenal or Man Utd games this season): Leicester with me P12 W10 D1 L1 F28 A12 PTS31 Leicester without me P12 W1 D4 L7 F8 A17 PTS7 Before anyone says anything about me jinxing us, bear in mind that the one defeat I witnessed was the 3-1 win from last season.
December 15, 201510 yr Only three players coming over to applaud the fans, who made a 200 mile round trip, took the day off work and practically never stopped singing the whole game, was just the final slap in the face for today. Ivanovic looked mortified at his team-mates' attitude.

December 15, 201510 yr Got home from work, just finished watching the match. Considering I expected a bit of a stomping from Leicester, I'm actually not too disappointed. I thought we defended better against their pace than we would have done two months ago, and encouraging signs once we switched to a 3-5-2. Most frustrating thing for me was Costa seeming to be allergic to Leicester's penalty area for most of the game. So many times Willian or Pedro looked for someone to whip a cross to, but cause noone was there, instead had to pass back. That's why I was so pleased to see Remy come on. He may not be an amazing player, but at least he makes good runs and gwts in dangerous positions. Leicester with me P12 W10 D1 L1 F28 A12 PTS31 Leicester without me P12 W1 D4 L7 F8 A17 PTS7 That's actually some quite astonishing stats lol. Please keep going, better Leicester win the title than Arsenal or City.
December 15, 201510 yr Would love to see Remy's goals to minutes stats for his Chelsea career.I have been told that he has a degenerative injury (knee, I think), that prevents him from playing too often and for too long. Maybe that's why, he's content with his bit part role?Shame, if true. His strike rate seems good, he's a decent finisher in my opinion.
December 15, 201510 yr Would love to see Remy's goals to minutes stats for his Chelsea career.0.4 last year 0.1 this year
December 15, 201510 yr I really don't know what to think at this stage. We need to get rid of half our squad. I wonder with decisions like Ramires getting a new contract about where were going. I don't understand why were not trying to put together a team capable of challenging in Europe. I like Ramires but he's a fish out of water in Europe giving the ball away so cheaply so why is it acceptable in the Prem? Would be very reluctant to call for Joses head but starting to think this there is some truth in his 3 season cycles. You surely can only ask players to play this type of football for so long. The football were playing is outdated. We dont let our attackers attack half the time and we pay 18 million for a left back who can actually cross the ball and we persist with a right back who is useless and a right footer playing left back, Theres no imaginativeness about our play and Jose got rid of all our creative players for the sake of one year where everyone put in a huge shift to win the title. Understand the Cech decision but whos to say he cant play for another 4 years, massive loss for us although Courtois is good hes not as good as Cech. De Bruyne was a sickener to lose and a big mistake I don't care what anyone says, can understand the Lukaku decision but attitude excuse is a complete cop out, his attitude was incredible he was actually a striker who wanted to play every game unlike Costa who thinks that throwing a bib indicates how pissed off he is that he's not playing, if he'd have cared that much he wouldn't have come back overweight in pre season. Need a MASSIVE change this January/summer, need to replace Oscar also which should be easily done, playing 8/9 half decent games a season is not good enough. All in all a massive clearout is needed but don't think Joses philosophy will win titles year on year, players cant keep playing to this system with the same level of enthusiasm eg arsenal away last year 20 somethin % possession, same with united away
December 15, 201510 yr What top class players will realistically want to join a team in jan that could be facing relegation? I will support Chelsea no matter what but at the same time I can see there is no much attraction for top class players to join us right now.
December 15, 201510 yr I completely agree that it will be difficult to attract top class players but we can still attract some decent ones producing more than Oscar/Ramires who've been with us for years, not questioning Ramires attitude but why do we persist with someone who can't keep the ball. Oscar I just dont know anymore one day he seems up for it producing tackles which look great in front of the crowd, then hes anonymous for a month again. After tonight Hazard could decide hes had enough, hes been made a scapegoat this season imo, hes not been good but by his ridiculous high standards thats always what hes judged on, confidence has suffered and hit the post what 3/4 times and had a goal taken off him at Arsenal great effort at spurs saved, in addition to that its quite difficult to make an assist when our players(Costa especially) refuse to actually enter the box. Mourinho is not getting the best out of Hazard and Fabregas also has been a scapegoat, yes hes been very poor and rightly dropped but Jose is playing him a position where he can't affect the game/confidence goes etc etc We have some decent youth players who of course will never get a chance. RLC will be a decent midfielder, wont be a worldbeater imo as people are making out. Musonda looks very good but reminds me of Gael Kakuta and we all know how that went. Bertrand Traore looks a star in the making and been really impressed with Kenedy but again he's really not getting a chance
December 15, 201510 yr In this case, the Internet does not lie. Ivanovic looked around to see where the rest were and saw no one, looked sad and embarrassed. Watched it from Row D, in person. Well in that case that is very disappointing. Not sure what happened to jt.
December 15, 201510 yr You are the man that just keeps giving, hush now and I won't embarrass you any further. Yes, I was so embarrassed haha, you're probably the biggest clown I've seen post on this forum and that includes trolls. You called people w*nkers and glory hunters and then persisted to post some of the most childish insults I think I've seen, then played off your insults, but you embarrassed me? I don't think so mate, try and grow up.

Bertrand Traore looks a star in the making and been really impressed with Kenedy but again he's really not getting a chance I worry though that this wont address the key issue. We have a team that won the double last year and now is so unmotivated. I agree some players should change regardless. But I think the key issue needs to be addressed regarding the lack of motivation. I dont really want to think that it is Jose, but what makes a whole team underperform. We are talking about players like Hazard and Costa. I mean look back at last year and see how Costa was scoring at the start of the season, it was incredible. Now its dropped so much as has everyone elses standard.
December 15, 201510 yr I also don't know what to say. Our players looked pathetic throughout, then after going down 2, some of the players woke up. Our defence again showed signs of vulnerability. I don't believe Zuma is consistent enough to be reliable in central d. Today, I thought Willian was weak, but because he's been our man of the season, I guess he's allowed a day off. Despite our poor poor season to date, our team really looked disinterested. I back Mou and would sack half the team. Attracting mediocre players is much better than the mercenaries we presently have on board.
December 15, 201510 yr By the way Leicester deserve to be on top. A shinning performance. Congratulations. They took the game in their hands and played like we used to.
December 15, 201510 yr Started the day Eva Carneiro got kicked out and that may have upset some of the players.... So! Costa wanted gone in the summer, remember!!! so he comes back unprepared and isn't scoring goals! So with someone that is more intent on fighting than scoring and wants to go home; what motivation is there for the team. Branislav Ivanovi? has had a terrible start and no lacks confidence César Azpilicueta has totally lost his sharpness. He's not political so it's something else..... Thibaut Courtois out injured, caused uncertainty at the back Fabergas has slowed to a halt. He gets caught with the ball every time Zuma? Not sure Nemanja Matic totally lost purpose. Once walked through the opposition; now does nothing. Eden Hazard... has basically given up except for a couple of showpieces. Jose has beat him up too much Oscar has been lost for a while. No confidence because he's a bit part player now. Pedro tries but admits it was a mistake to come to England.. Gary Cahill??? John Terry! he can't always be the one to carry all the weight and it's showing on him I don't know; but is there any wonder we are were we are.... Bring back Eva Carneiro.... have a kiss and make up meeting. Jose winds his arrogance back a notch (not all the way) and everyone commits to see the season out and play their hearts out!! December 15, 201510 yr Remy was hardly spectacular when he came on, yes he was in the right place at the right time for his goal but even I could have put that away. thats the point. He stands exactly there where you can score. Costa can't even get to that place.

December 15, 201510 yr It's the manager exit or a complete squad overhaul and given, barring a miracle, we'll not be in Europe next season then I think we can guess which one Roman will do. I think there's something bigger than no game plan or wrong tactics. World class players don't go from winning the league to relegation candidates in less than 8 months unless there is something seriously wrong at Cobham.
