February 15, 201610 yr Rúben Neves. Worth a look Has a 29.5m buy out clause aswell apparently. Already captained porto's 1st team, seems like a real leader that wants to take responsibility. I'm not sure how signing a 19 year old midfielder for big money would go down with rlc though. Neves is a top talent, but would the club put faith in a player so young to be the fulcrum of the midfield.

He's the profile of player we should buy before they have a breakout season because there's no value in that type of transfer. You're buying him at the height of his value when there's no guarantee he isn't a one-season wonder.

As things stand, he is my choice for player of the season this year. It's greatly to his credit that no one in Leicester talks about Esteban Cambiasso anymore, considering the influence he had on their escape last year.

Riechedly Bazoer is the name. Marc Overmars (who is Ajax' director of football) accepted a €25M (+ €20-odd million with extra clauses) from Napoli for Bazoer last transfer period, but Bazoer was smart enough to stay. I think he's gonna stay one or two more years at Ajax waiting for Barcelona (which is his dream club). I don't think he's good enough for Chelsea yet, but he will be in two years. Bazoer is the next Yaya, so there is no harm in trying to buy him for the future. It would be ideal if we buy him coming summer, loan him back to Ajax for the 2016/17 season and then he'll shine at Chelsea from 2017. But in short, he won't be a good short-term solution for our midfield.
