I don't get why people are talking about revenge, when we have tormented Tottenham pretty bad in the last 4 years, 2012 we humiliated them at Wembley in the FA Cup semi final, then a month later we broke their hearts again by winning the CL making their 4th place finish count for nothing!

Then the following season, we humiliated them at WHL and won the Europa League which upset them again, as they felt it was their year after knocking out Lyon and Inter Milan, only to get battered by Basel and then watched us cruise through to the final and win it.

then the following season we humiliated them at Stamford Bridge with a 4-0 win ending their hopes of a top 4 finish, which also made Tim Sherwood have that hilarious meltdown in his post match interview

then they finally beat us in the following season, but it counted for nothing for them as we beat them in the league cup final and went on to win the PL with Spurs missing out on a top 4 finish again.

then of course last season we ended their title hopes causing their players to have meltdowns which they may never recover from!

All in all we have tormented Spurs for a number of years, we don't owe them no revenge for beating us 2 seasons ago, all we need to do is keep this tradition of humiliating Spurs going.

My thoughts exactly, I barely even think about them.  They're a joke

Very happy with the respect the Spuds have shown us!  Sacrificing their champs league by resting players for Chelsea!!! lol.... unbelievable the spuds!

We'll still kick their Asses anyways!!!

Buzzing here - 3-0 to Chelsea

Very good, I was about to post that.. However, you missed the humiliation on transfer window.. hazard, willian, batshuayi etc all ended up joined us as opposed to them.. yup, we screwed them pretty big time down the years and frankly speaking, I don't even feel sorry..

Us older fans like beating spurs because there used to be a certain parity between the clubs. (60's & 70's) Since the 90's however we have had it over them and it feels comfortable. It has a nice squashy feeling about it. At the beginning of every season you hear their fans on the phone ins commenting about how optimistic they are and how they really are going to do it this season. You know the ones. "We've got some real quality in the side now and with the mix of youth we will be really difficult to stop" or maybe "I haven't felt this confident about our chances since Klinsman was in the team". They keep coming back season after season. They must breed them over there or something.

Seriously though they know they are up against it on Saturday. They are coming off a terrible result, and performance, last night and confidence will not be high. They have players injured, coming back from injury and suspended and Chelsea are on top form.

They need to keep their heads after last season and if they don't I can see a sending off. Diego has to keep his head cause we need him for the match after. He can get his booking against City.

Can you imaging their frustration? no nor me, we must extinguish their home land dreams for another season.15220232_1194819307221629_6768030371986724176_n.jpg

WTF?

"Celery, Celery,
If she don't c*m,
I'll tickle her bum,
With a lump of celery... "

" Chelsea rentboys, Tickling each others bums with celery "

" It speaks volumes about their fan base. Not even a cucumber. A stick of f**king celery.. "

" Hazard is going to be roaming all over the shop in a free role. If we keep him quiet a lot of the job is done. "

I don't see this match as being hate or revenge. It's really about getting 3 points, staying top and pushing a top 6 rival further back.

Cockiness, pun intended, mostly leads to a sub par performance. Their defence will be strong no matter who plays. We just have to bring our A game, run them off the park and watch the fast break.

Fair enough. But I just want to make them bleed. Derailing their title challenge was sweet, but pouring salt over their wounds by beating them after an early CL exit (in which poch foolishly "rested" some players) will be the exact thing I would love to happen. And When I say "beat" I am embarassing and humiliating them.

Not gonna argue with that

What a sad shower of c**ts

Also do their thread names have to be so cringey?

They more than likely think screaming "Chelsea rentboys" is the height of comedy

How rude of them; where else am I going to get my liquor money?

Even if hazard is quiet, doesn't mean we still are not dangerous. I think spurs should be worrying more about that rb position being a weakness, rather than hazard having a quiet game.

Hazard, Costa, Pedro, Moses, Alonso, Kante, Matic!   We have plenty of Grit and attack.  if they think only keeping hazard quiet is enough, then they haven't yet played our squad!  The spuds are in for a tough evening on Saturday.

What's the best mixer for Hennessy - I want to enjoy this whilst watching the game??
