With the Chalobah announcement we are looking decidedly thin in the middle now.

Seemingly Juventus have popped up in the Matic rumour mill now.

Sorry, every time Juventus is mentioned, it's a knee jerk reaction. 

Bakayoko has now just posted a pic on insta of him with a fan in a Chelsea shirt presumably from a while back ...  train to London and Chelsea shirts, liking Chelsea tweets.. 3rd signing is done 100%. 

 

Still a lot of work to do now chalobah has gone and matic will be too.

I couldn't see this?  What were they saying?  I hope Batshuayi stays, I like his personality and he's been good in the few times we've seen him.  Definitely too early to sell.

This is done clearly with chalobah going to Watford (where did hull come from?) but the lack of cover could mean matic stays or in a better scenario could mean another player coming in, if juve have reignited interest in matic could that sweeten the Sandro deal, if we get his pal Danilo, sell them matic surely there is enough incentive all round.

Agreed, I'd be more than willing to let Matic go to Juve if it meant we got Sandro.

Seems an odd choice from Monaco to Paris would take all day on a train then to uk when a flights 2 hours, maybe he was in Paris for something then left from there

Have people seen a different Baker to the one I have? I keep seeing him being mentioned as a possible first team solution and he really is nowhere near the level.
