Like everyone here, i expect it to be a massive game, but we can't afford to lose points now, even if recently it's becoming harder to get the 3 points from the WHL. Hazard and Costa have to step up and we will get something for sure.

Actually they're playing at home, so it's us coming for them.

They're not bad and it will be a close game, but I do hope that they will throw everything at us as early as possible.

Tough game, I'd bring in Cesc for Willian and Ivanovic for Moses. Spurs need to win this more than we do so we need to use that to our advantage.

Both the spurs and Liverpool bosses already beginning mind games ahead of this match. 

Just had a look at our schedule:

4th Jan: Tottenham (A)

14th Jan: Leicester (A)

22nd Jan: Hull (H)

31st Jan: Liverpool (A)

4th Feb: Arsenal (H)

That's exactly one month. Arguably the hardest one for us yet, and one where we can either all but win the league or completely collapse. It's do or die really.

It's back to winning ways in the crystal ball predictions...but, alas, it's also back to silly ways. Here are the predictions:

 

Chelsea (3-4-3): Begovi?; Luiz, Ivanovi?, Zouma; Aina, Kanté, Loftus-Cheek (c), Alonso; Willian, Batshuayi, Hazard

Subs: Courtois, Wallace, Tomori, Kane, Mikel, Moses, Rodríguez

 

Prediction: Tottenham Hotspur 1-2 Chelsea (Batshuayi 2)

 

Just look at that bench. Wallace, Kane and Rodríguez. Three players who have never featured for Chelsea and one (Tomori) who has only played once. Loftus-Cheek captains from midfield, with Aina and Zouma getting unexpected run-outs. Batshuayi becomes our top scorer in crystal ball land by netting a brace and winning the match.

 

In reality, I would really love us to break that record by winning at White Hart Lane. That would be almost as sweet as ruining their title hopes last season. Go, Blues!

A tough month that will indeed make or break our season. 

And the crystal ball predicted we win when normally it says we will lose. So I guess we are royally scr*w*d then.... Lol... 

We're better than them and they're very predictable. Think we'll win.

Cock represents spurs, not lion..  We should beat them, they only have 2 days rest, we're at full strength.. the problem is that out of that 13 doors, spurs already appearead before so if you're superstituous, that could be a worry..

Unfortunately max I can expect is a draw here because Spurs will treat this as a CL final.

I really want to win over Spurs in this crucial match. I believe Conte would have taken a deep look into the earlier meeting between the sides and see the details necessary to negate their pressing game. 

If you remember in the last match, We were overrun in midfield. They played a 3 against our 2 and because they have developed a strong pressing game, they were winning more balls than Kante or Matic. I think We should play Cesc in the middle 3 and should alter our tactices to play 3-5-2. 

Cesc has really toughened up his game now and the 3 man midfield of Kante - Cesc - Matic would be a wonderful idea to win the midfield battle. We should have Hazard roam around Costa and take open positions. This should be a fascinating tactical battle.

No it won't make or break our season. We lost back to back against Arsenal and Liverpool and we're still 6/9 points ahead of them.

Absolutely not. We can't take gambles and rest our most talented player, that would be madness. You say bring him on after 60 minutes......what if the game is out of our reach by then? You don't take risks like this in such a big game. You get your best team on the field from the start.
