Wouldn't just be a replacement, would be an improvement in my opinion - and I think courtois is great. 

Quality GK, but as long as Courtois stays we don't need a record signing GK on the bench. Shot stopping is one thing, whether he's capable of commanding his zone against 6'3 attackers could be a completely different challenge.

From what I've heard he's very attached to Milan, would probably take a Buffonesque sum to get them to the negotiating table and even then he probably wouldn't want to leave.

Not an upgrade on Tbo, not fussed about getting him unless Tbo pushes to leave.

Agreed.  I'm a huge fan of Donna but I think his game against Juve was overly acrobatic.  He's not better than Tibo, but still going to be awesome.

I'd take him only if Tibo wants to leave. No other reason to sign him, he wouldn't get a game over him.

My thoughts as well. Some decent saves for sure, but looked to be making a lot of fuss about pretty standard saves

it's worrying how so many rumblings about tibo going to madrid. does anybody else feel schmeichel could be a good replacement?

Not at all. Huge, huge downgrade. Especially when there's a lot of special goalkeeping talent out there.

Tbo isn't going anywhere. He's actually just broken up with the girlfriend who's been pulling him towards Spain. Add his comments a few weeks ago effectively shutting down this rumour and there you have it.
