Barkley is a good squad player, he's frustrated me a lot at times because he'll put in a performance like that and then be sh*t next week, that's probably just me being impatient. Gilmour looks scarily good but I'm still holding back and giving him time to develop first before I start throwing around he's going to be this, and he's our best midfielder. I've seen it happen too many times. One thing I do agree with you both on though is that Gilmour shouldn't be replaced anytime soon if he's playing like this, nobody deserves to start on reputation and that's exactly what my problem was with Kante this season. So, it would be hypocritical if I preferred Kovacic and Jorginho to start over Billy as soon as they get back from injury, granted that Billy is still playing to the same level. 

Ross and Billy are winning us games and they both can do it all. Jorginho might be a better leader and a better penalty taker but at this point his main role should be to mentor Billy the Boss but if the offer comes just keep it moving. Kovacic has no role anymore basically since Ross can shoot and score and can assist.

You were literally saying Jorginho is one of the best players in the Premier League just a few weeks ago and one of the best midfielders in the world, now after seen two games of Billy Gilmour you think Billy is the better player? I wouldn't put it in those terms, Kova will most likely figure in the run-in as will Jorginho should Gilmour pick up a knock.

The team currently seems better suited with Barkley, Gilmour and Mount yet in some games Frank will need to change that.

We have too many midfielders now, Kovacic or Jorginho need to be sold but since Jorginho is one of our top players that can mentor Billy, the answer is a bit obvious.

Kovacic will play next to Billy with Mount/RLC in front of them. Barkley is more than likely to go back to his usual self soon enough. 

Jorginho can likely leave if Billy keeps it up.

Not true, Kovacic has had several games this season where he has been the best player on the pitch by far. Kovacic does many things Ross can only dream of, two games doesn't change that. Ross has had two good games and will likely retain his position, and rightly so, however Kovacic is likely to be player of the year this season.

It's definitely something personal, he genuinely gets upset if Kovacic has a good game. I thought he was Serbian or something and has a dislike towards Croatians. It's a bizarre hatred. But what's more telling is that he's now wanting to sell Jorginho and Kovacic who just a few weeks ago he was telling us all Jorginho is one of the best midfielders in the world... If they were going to give someone a Ballon D'or just for the WC it would've gone to Griezmann or Mbappe that actually won it. Modric was outstanding in La Liga and CL that season and pulled similar stats to Kovacic, which is apparently your problem with Kovacic.

Modric was crucial in the CL, yet you think he won the award because of a handful of games in a tournament he lost lmao.

I'm not diminishing Barkley and have said several times he's had a good two games. Having said that, Kovacic has been FAR better throughout the entire season. As for the running through midfield, yeah Kovacic does that for fun..

When it's a clear irrational hatred, I think you can. I've never seen someone hate a Chelsea player like he does, it's just beyond strange. People were telling me I had a vendetta against Kante and a hatred, couldn't be further from the truth, I always gave him credit after a good game and I've always said I love him as a person and rated him highly as a footballer, whereas this guy was genuinely unhappy about Kovacic playing well, everyone saw it.

If I was unhappy about Kante playing well, and showing it on this forum like he did, I think it would be perfectly reasonable to accuse me of such. Why wouldn't it? It's a clear irrational hatred, not to say it's true, and not to say racism isn't a big accusation, but it's a valid accusation when the hatred is irrational as sadly they can be common themes for irrational hatred.

He carried his team to the WC finals so stop. This is the main reason why he won the award. Not because of La Liga and not because of CL, he wasn't the main man in those competitions and that's just a fact.
