Sounds like Bohleys bid was about to be named preferred bidder today but Sir Jim's offer has muddied the water and caused further delay.

According to Sky Sports they speculate he was playing a long game here, wanting to fond out what the rival bids strengths and weaknesses were and what Roman really wants then enter as a surprise and say "there you go"

However there is still the PL test.

Ratcliffe's bid was logged on Friday morning despite the fact the initial deadline for bids was 18 March.

BBC Sport was told he was not interested in bidding at the time and it is unknown if his offer has now arrived too late

So is the american lots bid bigger? Why would raine prioritise after an offer like that?! and why would ratcliffe involve his giant corp if not serious?! 

Maybe hes doing an elon and just having a giggle but if the bids serious and they just sweep it away that would be weird.

Biggest bid for sure. We are scant on details to say if it is the best.

End of the day Roman can accept it if he wants he is the seller is his call.

If the club/Raine wanted to accept the biggest bid they would've went with SMG.
