Plus, isn’t Radcliffe 86 years old? He’s not going to be around to see out the 10 year ownership guarantee.  We need to know what their model of ownership is - it’s not just about money. 
 

By all accounts, Boehley seems to be the best and they’re ready to go.

No, he`s about 70. If we have to delay the purchase and we end up with Ratcliffe then its a delay worth putting up with, he is easily the best buyer for us.
