April 10, 20197 yr I would go for Pedro, yes they are both frustrating at times but I feel that Pedro can create something more than Willian...
April 10, 20197 yr Didn't realise Wilian has only 3 Premier league goals this season, jesus thats Jessie Lingard level. I like Willian as a player but thats abysmal.

I like Willian as a player but thats abysmal. I posted this on Twitter on January 31st... it's still true... He's been really good in the Europa League, that's where he needs to get his starts. Willian's 3 goals this season have come against these teams: Month/Day/Year Newcastle 1/12/19 (18th) Burnley 10/28/18 (15th) Cardiff 9/15/18 (16th) Edited April 10, 20197 yr by Skinnedy
April 10, 20197 yr His end product always has been shocking, if we were serious about competing for the title every year he’d have been replaced a few years ago imo.

We've struggled for goals all season in the league and Sarri kept picking Willian and Kovacic despite their lack of scoring ability. I just didn't understand who was expected to be scoring the goals.

Exactly this, i remember before the season started i posted on here worried about the lacks if goals in our team and where they would come from. Considering Utd have Pogba, Martial,Rashford and Lukaku and Arsenal have Lacazette, Aubameyang, who can all score goals consistently we have done quite well to stay in the race for the top four.

At least Pedro has been scoring goals although he's not as exciting to watch...
April 12, 20197 yr If last night is anything to go by I don't think we'd miss either of them if they both left at the end of the season.

April 12, 20197 yr if we can buy, I'd sell the pair of them, even if hazard were to go aswell. I don't think they offer anywhere near enough, and although experience is valuable, I dont see either as the sort of characters to really use that to their advantage, or even to mentor younger players. CHO, Pulisic, then a proven goalscorer like Pepe, and a then a 4th winger that could play multiple positions, maybe someone like Ziyech, I think that would be a really good group of attackers.
April 26, 20197 yr Now CHO is out I would pick Alonso ahead of these two. Far more likely to deliver a good free kick, assist or grab a goal.

Pulisic bought in January still hasn't kicked a ball in anger in the Premier League could be a potential flop, but already commercially useful in the American market according to Buck. Pepe proven goal scorer in the French league just like Pulisic unproven in the Premier League. We still haven't replaced Costa up front with anything close to the quality we require in that position,it's been 2 seasons now with mediocre strikers.Would like to think that will be the priority in the summer.
