If Cole was not right, he'd not have been brought on at HT in a second hand competition. He's having a bad run of form and Maresca surely chose to protect him from criticism knowing it's one of the hardest away grounds in the PL.

But IMHO it is a stupid decision as he is our best player and needed in these type of matches no matter his stats.

We are set up for a goalless draw, but my feeling is we'll get thumped by a team playing four defenders and six midfielders (one of which is a bang average Spanish defensive midfielder playing as a false nine). They will probably put four past us with ease...

I hate having no confidence in the team. But these players are just so average and the manager being so unlikable.

I just feel so meh towards when we play now and I hate that feeling.

At least we’re all expecting a defeat so we can’t be disappointed either way.

He'll be gone in the summer back to City for a massive fee, probably £150mill or thereabouts. We won't be competing for anything next season with this manager.
