Was gonna go for Bosingwa but he faded and made a terrible tackle for the yellow card. So it has to be Anelka. If only he could look up for it EVERY match.

Anelka. Two great finishes and I think he looked good throughout.

Very close between Anelka and Bos,

Got to give it to Nic for two good goals, looking interested, actually looking happy when he unselfishly set up Deco when he could have easily had a shot and for not making a fuss when he was Subbed when he deserved another Hat trick.

Mikel for me.

Thought he played brilliantly in the first half, didn't really pay attention in the second half as we were clear victors.

Anelka deserves props for his brace and he looked like a chelsea player today.

Woooooop :jt:

Anelka - could easily have had another hat trick. If only he could do it against the better teams ...

I went with Nic but it could have been Bozzie or Mikel both I thought had good games.

Malouda was once again pants.

I went for Bosingwa. Anelka probably had a better overall performance, but Bosingwa's goal changed the game. It was just the boost we needed as it looked like we might struggle to get a goal.

Bosingwa for me, that cracker out of nowhere set up the game for us. WBA looked reasonable comfortable against us before the goal. As soon as the first goal gone in, WBA started to push up and Anelka ripped off the reward.

has to be anelka, two stunning finishes. if only he could keep doing it like that, they were absolutely top finishes.

He certainly made 2 tricky finishes look very easy, gets my vote as well.

lamps for me, he strung everything that was good about chelsea together without getting into the penalty area to much

great brace by anelka but i dont want to go with the flow

was at the game and if Mikel would have kept his first half performance going into the second he would have been the clear winner, but he didnt so it's Anelka

It was noticeable how much we missed the drive and pace of Bosingwa against Burnley, but there is no doubt that Anelka was deservedly MoM on Saturday. It seems that those scabby goals have helped his confidence and both strikes against WBA were top class.

The only note of caution I would add is that he needs space in behind to thrive and he isn't going to get that in some of the bigger games.
