zurman reacted to hawkster in Conor GallagherWins us a game that could easily slipped away ,brought effort and grunt to a slow lethargic group has always put in 100%
may not be the most skilful player but is honest and Chelsea and still gets sh*t on here ,what do you want ffs

zurman reacted to Jezz in So it's Pochettino...and now officially gone!Domestic cup competition final appearances since the 2019 League Cup Final.
Chelsea = 6 (0 wins) Manchester City = 5 (5 wins) Liverpool = 3 (3 wins) Manchester United = 2 (1 win) Arsenal = 1 (1 win) Leicester City = 1 (1 win) Watford = 1 (0 wins) Aston Villa = 1 (0 wins) Tottenham Hotspur = 1 (0 wins) Newcastle United = 1 (0 wins) Can't say we haven't been competitive, but we fail to finish the job at the end.

zurman reacted to dR3 in Chelsea v Brighton (PL) Sun 3rd December 2023 14:00 GMTWhy the check? It hit his head you blind donkeys

Why didn't I take up quilting instead of following Chelsea?

zurman reacted to General in Conor GallagherConnor living proof that a player given a good run of games can re find form and better himself in the process, to think Bully the mug and tons of you lot on here wanted him sold to Spuds or Pikeys as he was never gonna be of the required level to play in a blue shirt
He's proven all the doubters and begrudgers WRONG and he's PROPER Chelsea to boot a fan and a player, one of our own !

Watching Chelsea is exciting once again. 2 crack games in a row with performances to match.
-
We don't end with 11 players on the pitch and don't win the game, calling that right now.
We may get a draw but this lot don't have the bottle to see this one through. JT and co would slap this Spurs side for 6.
-
Ok James and Colwill off, Gusto and Cucurella on, along with Mudryk for Conor.
Somehow I think we blow this, we make a habit of looking a gift horse in the mouth
-
What an awful Keeper. Mendy wasn't this bad.
-
zurman reacted to Jangz in Cole Palmer signs for Chelsea! The club is being treated like a start up at this point.. crazy money for crazy valuations in the hope that they make 5x-7x returns in the next 7 years of a VC cycle.. generally this means that they are looking at returns in the next 4-5 years.
-
zurman reacted to coco in So Lukaku is a bit of a Bawbag...As long as he doesn’t wear the shirt ever again i don’t care what happens to him, he’s dead.
-
zurman reacted to azpi28 in So it's Pochettino...and now officially gone!there is a completely different atmosphere around the team
and we actually had some moments where we start to look good, quick transitions and combinations, direct forwards passes
-
We could critique and complain about not getting three points, but I’ve just thoroughly enjoyed a Chelsea game in what seems like forever!
Fingers crossed Reece is ok.
-
This has to be the 6th time in a row where we have outplayed them and failed to grab the win, it's really really frustrating.
-
Jackson looks the real deal. Very strong and quick on the break

zurman reacted to nonotnowjim in Moises Caicedo to Chelsea! "Official"If he ends up coming - he needs a song, ala Willian....
early morning starter for 10:
The Bin dippers, they bid a lot,
But caicedo, said he'd rather not,
He had a dream to wear chelsea blue,
he signed for us, but not for you.
He hates the scouse, he hates the scouse etc
Sure this can be improved upon.....

zurman reacted to Bob stark in Marc CucurellaI think the biggest mistake is 60m. If he cost us just 20/30m, it will be easy to just let him go.
His case is very similar to Kepa. 😭😭😭 It is extemely difficult to move expensive player who is not very good.
-
zurman reacted to GarnachoCheese in Marc CucurellaTruly average footballer. If any of Chilwell, Maatsen or Hall are fit then Cucurella shouldn't be touching grass this season.
-
zurman reacted to Sconnie Blue in So Lukaku is a bit of a Bawbag...@Argo is spot on. It will be straight sabotage from any manager who wishes to use him. Sympathy will immediately be lost.
Really, really hope Pochettino doesn't have the "I can fix him" mentality.
-
zurman reacted to Victor90 in So Lukaku is a bit of a Bawbag...I'm optimistic about Pochettino, but no, that guy is an absolute cancer, keep him out of the team. I would rather let him rot away in the reserves for the rest of his career than give that fat oaf a chance in this team.
-
zurman reacted to Bob stark in Mason MountThis thread is a bit bizzare. Most of the argument is mount is not a superstar, so he is easily replaceable 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Mount has outplayed puli, kai, ziyech, timo, etc2. We have spent over 200m on those players and Mount has outplayed every single one of them so no he is not easily replaceable.

What edge do we have over Madrid?
Technical quality? Kroos, modric, benz and vini are so good technically, why do we want to compete with them in this area.
I saw comment saying watching gallagher running around like headless chicken against Madrid will be painful. Nope that is exactly what we need to do. Run Madrid to the ground, that has been our key against madrid. Kroos and Modric are technical lord but they are not athletic nor young. Speed up the game, pressed them hard and make the game about running and athleticism. We could not sustain it last year as after 60 min both of our midfielder were gassed and we had nobody on the bench (I don't have to remind you what happened when we bring jorgi). This will make vini extra dangerous but we have Fofana and James at the back.
