a goal involvement ever 161 minutes ( again, favourable when compared to midfield partner Caicedo who has a goal involvment every 590 minutes - but also better than Neto and Sancho who both play more advanced)
joint 7th in the premier league for assists from a midfielder (level with Mbuemo and De Bruyne, and just 1 behind cole palmer)
15th for goals from midfield - 1 behind Foden and Eze, and ahead of Bruno G from newcastle)
7th for most successful passes completed from midfield
6th for most touches of the ball.
Of course, I am not saying Enzo is better than Caicedo. He isnt. Caicedo was rightly our POTY - my point is that Enzo isnt doing as badly as some suggest.
Can he improve? Yes, for sure - but he is one of the few who appears to fight the cause and play for the shirt, and his output has not been as poor as some make out.

But the clown on the sidelines insists we play a back 4 with inverting FB's, possession based football that is outdated, slow sideways and backwards passing which allows the opposition to reset and get 11 behind the ball, therefore he has ruined Gusto and is now ruining Palmer

Rumours on twitter that Maresca has been training with overlapping full backs and a double pivot. I'm optimistic but i'm sure its bo**ocks.

The Jackson debate is ridiculous.  Jackson is a good young centre forward.  He holds the ball up well, chases down everything, he is 100% effort, even dyes his hair blue, etc. Problem is his finishing - at this level IF a striker get 3 chances in a game - he has to score at least one of them.  NJ doesn't always do that.  This is because that that level of 'football intelligence' takes time to develop.  On the plus side, NJ is hardly ever offside this season, compared to previous seasons. Therefore he is lurning. He is getting better.  The club needs to sign another striker - Mark Gui is too young and needs a loan.  The other options and the idea of a false nine etc. Are not suitable.  NJ needs another striker to compete for a place with in the starting line-up. It is pretty obvious really.  Healthy competition.  But yes, we should keep NJ around, because he is a good player.

Haaland has easily outmuscled pretty much ever CB he's played against, I don't think we should be using that really high bar to rate Colwill. He's an absolute monster.

I mean ofcourse in an ideal world we will find a player who can do both but my point is if we're going to be an incredibly inconsistently flawed team I'd rather go down the ways we did In Tuchel's first half season and the Burnley home game and both United games last season, league cup final etc than the soul destroying ways we dropped points/lost games pretty much every time we did when Rom started. 
We went from the Tuchel side of 20/21 hoping multiple players will finish 1 or 2 out of many chances to then hoping Lukaku would finish 1 or 2 of very few chances then as soon as Lukaku got injured like magic we were back to creating at will. 
Hopefully it's neither going forward but if it was one or the other, Havertz all day long and twice on Sunday.

I really dont undrestand why would he expose him like that, he hasnt played a competitive match far shakhtar since november. And we have options at LW. Until he is completly match fit he should be getting 20-30 min cameos. It is comletley different for Enzo and Badi because they were playing regular games and are match fit so can fit in easier...

Chilwell is head and shoulders above where Emerson will ever be. He was awful today. I feared for us every time the ball went out wide, too many times he got backed into his own box far too easily by Mahrez. I imagine Lampard is probably thinking that with the benefit of hindsight he’d have moved Azpi to LB.

Yes he is definetly showing his age and quality... but how good is ruben neves? Woul have him in our team in a hartbeat 
 

I felt it needed a random acronym that nobody understands,to make it more realistic.

He is one of the best players at PSV that is going to win the league. He scored 15 goals and asissted 4 in 27 matches... we could use someone like him IF he could perform close to that level in England.

I always remember in his last few seasons Cech standing and watching shots fly past him into the back of the net, not to mention his inability to claim a cross. 
 
We've got a good'un with Tbo for many years to come.

I love the changes Conte is making to this team, we genuinely look like title contenders.
It's only four games into the season but you already can see how much we've improved and we're dominating games, it'll only take a few games till we get in full stride. What a nice change from being the most defensive counter attacking team for years, into a team that dominates games all over the pitch and creating chances every few minutes.
Imagine what we'd be like when we finally take most of our chances?! Exciting times ahead! 

Fortunately Luiz was on the bench yesterday, so our defence didn't make any costly errors leading to goals.
