1. Best Chelsea Player: Nicolas Anelka, his scoring prowess speaks for itself, but he carried this team early on in the year then adapted perfectly to a new role and formed a deadly partnership with Drogba.

2. Worst Chelsea Player: I'd say Mineiro but I'm not sure that's fair, so I guess Kalou.

3. Best Opposing Player: Victor Valdes, never mind the missed penalties or Iniesta's equalizer, we blow Barca away without him in net.

4. Best Opposing Team: Barca, obviously.

5. Worst Opposing Team: The officiating "team" from the second leg against Barca.

6. Best Team Performance: Everyone's saying the 4-4 draw with Liverpool but Cech was dreadful and 4 goals allowed is 4 goals...I'll say the second leg against Barcelona, we dominated the best team in football.

7. Worst Team Performance: Tottenham, away.

8. Best Individual Performance: Essien throughout CL, but particularly against Liverpool.

9. Most Improved Player: Malouda.

10. Best Signing 2008/2009: Hiddink, Bosingwa if it must be a player.

11. Worst Signing 2008/2009: Mineiro's fair game here, completely pointless signing.

12. Best Chelsea Goal: Essien's volley.

13. Best Opponent Goal Against Us: Iniesta's equalizer.

14. Best Game: Liverpool 4-4, not the prettiest game but absolutely amazingly manic. It helped that I watched it in an apartment full of Chelsea fans next to an apartment full of Liverpool fans. Great atmosphere.

15. Worst Game: Tottenham, away.

16. Defining Moment Of The Season: Hiddink's arrival.

17. Disappointment Of The Season: Deco, he's a far far far better player than what he's shown and I hope we give him the opportunity to prove it this coming year.

18. Player You Want Sold: Carvalho, if he doesn't want to be here, let him crawl away to mediocrity in Milan.

19. Player You Want Bought: Zhirkov.
