January 9, 20206 yr f**k, another of our ex-players that we could have bought back and missed out on. f**k our board!I'd bring Mutu back. Still better than Batshuayi at sitting on the bench and the Xmas party would make for some cracking headlines.

He would count as a home grown player on top.

January 9, 20206 yr Poor old Scott, I use to like him and hoped he’d make the cut. If only he wasn’t f**king dreadful.

I remember when he scored a good goal for Swansea against us and refused to celebrate. He's done pretty well for himself after leaving us. I'm sure he earned a packet at City and picked uploads of medals at Celtic. Never remotely good enough for us, though. Edited January 9, 20206 yr by Backbiter

Ashley Young provided an assist for Inter and Moses was on the bench. Inter took four cards and Cagliari got none, sounds like an interesting match.

That said Cuadrado is ball watching and should never have let Zielinski go past him. Hard to believe he has had such a successful career after the dross he served up here.

January 27, 20206 yr Just watching the highlights of the top Serie A matches. Noticed Inter player's shirts had the names in Chinese or other Asian characters. Lukaku could have scored a contender for goal of the season after running past three defenders yet he missed with just the keeper to beat and worse should have passed! Ashley Young looks like he has been playing for them all season.
February 4, 20206 yr https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/51368370 Turkish side Trabzonspor have condemned racial abuse aimed at former Chelsea midfielder John Mikel Obi following their win over Fenerbahce on Saturday. The Nigeria international, 32, was targeted on social media after a 2-1 victory that moved Trabzonspor above their opponents into third place. The club say they have filed "criminal complaints" against those responsible. "Racism is a shelter for [the] helpless and ignorant," Trabzonspor said in a statement on Twitter. Mikel's Trabzonspor team-mate Joao Pereira said it was "sad and unacceptable". "Football is much bigger than the little people behind these unfortunate acts," he wrote on Twitter.
February 16, 20206 yr Watching Inter right now , makes me wonder how things could a gone differently if we had gone for Lukaku instead of Morata. He improved so much under Conte in less than a year.
February 17, 20206 yr So Lazio beat Inter to rise to second, that must have grated with Conte. Looks to me like Ciro Immobile is very important for Lazio.
March 7, 20206 yr Nice just stole the win against Cesc and Bakayoko's Monaco from 1-0 down in the 92nd minute. Who was dawdling on the wrong side of his man in the 92nd minute for the Nice winner... Bakayoko
March 7, 20206 yr Another clean sheet for Big Gaz, Lamps should have got in his ear and kept him here.

Cesc would have been proud of that one.
