October 24, 20205 yr Day of gardening so just soaking in the bath getting rid of aches and pains so had Radio 5 live on and funny how many ex-Chelsea players get a mention (and some loanees). Obviosly RLC and Bats in the Fulham v Palace game but heard DaSilva, Kallas, Scott Sinclair, George Savill scoring for Boro and Jamal Blackman letting in soft goal for Rotherham (he never looked good enough to be honest - about Kepa level!) October 24, 20205 yr Watched a bit of Fulham v Palace RLC was ok jogging about with a few good chances. Made a move for all on the ball yet wasn't used. Bats got a good assist for Zaha with a fizzing cross, Zaha injured his knee on the post and didn't stop Bats hugging him to death 🤨

October 28, 20205 yr Is it impossible to get Hazard in on loan in January if he continues to have a miserable time at Madrid?

November 20, 20205 yr I've been keeping an eye on a Stoke forum for that very reason - they seem to adore him.

November 22, 20205 yr I am watching Napoli v AC Milan right now, and it is a very entertaining match, saw a great header goal by the ageless one Zlatan. But, more importantly, Bakayoko plays for Napoli and looks really good. I am shocked, to say the least.
November 22, 20205 yr Somewhere down under there is a bloke named Brian getting a chubby that Zlatan is still making the old onion bag bulge.

Bakayoko has been at least average to very good as a DM for everyone he's played for. We'll end up breaking about even on him, because we'll get a fee for him next summer. Of that window, the only complete loss was Drinkwater. Got a refund on Morata. We'll get close to one on Bakayoko, Zappacosta has gotten loan fees... Drinkwater... sunk cost.

Reading a short while ago that Drinkwater had commissioned a DVD of his best moments to try and get a move, can't think of any in a Chelsea shirt.
November 23, 20205 yr Was ‘Brian’ (M?) the one with the pirate avatar? That goes back a long ways, about 15 years ago I think. Edited November 23, 20205 yr by Phillip add info

November 25, 20205 yr Lots of messages flying around that the worlds best ever player has died. To confirm; John Obi Mikel is fine.
December 10, 20205 yr Lukaku is such a sh*te striker. Stats padding like no tomorrow but always bottles it no matter how easy it would have been to win it. Forever bottler, the anti Michael Jordan.

December 12, 20205 yr Nathaniel Chalobah is 26 today, and is finally getting regular starts for Watford in the Championship. The general consensus seems to be... that he's complete crap after his big knee injury. Sad to hear - hope he can turn it around.

The move has been a disaster for him. I know Southgate immediately rewarded him witrh a full England call-up, but it's been all downhill from there. He was an excellent squad player for us who looked really good coming on as a sub, but he has looked a shadow of that player in the years since. It looks like his, Lewis Baker's and - speaking pessimistically - RLC's careers will fizzle out after showing massive potential. I really hope I'm wrong.
