Apparently West Brom are in talks with both Claudio Ranieri and Ray Wilkins about their managerial vacancy.

I would love to see the Tinkerman back in England and am sure he would receive a very warm welcome at the Bridge.

Possibly the nicest bloke to ever manage a football team.

No need to be ashamed Zeta, I doubt you are the first, or last, person to talk to your cock.

Paradoxical though it may seem, some people's cocks talk out of their arses...

My cock is quite the conversationalist.

It talks the talk, but does it walk the walk? I'm having a lot of fun imagining this :laugh2:

Anyway, I love Claudio! However, it seems he gets the sack from every club he's ever worked for. :face_palm:

He made a fortune out of being sacked repeatedly. I wish I could do that...

Be lovely to see Claudio back at the Bridge in the prem, seeing him crying as we beat Arsenal in the CL is one of the great moments in the past 10 years as a Chelsea fan.

I was almost in tears at our final game of the season in 03/04 as Ranieri waved goodbye to the fans, we all knew he was going and it was upsetting to see. He really worked wonders to get us 4th in the 02/03 season when we had no money and all our immediate rivals for the CL spots were spending money like it was going out of fashion... how times change.

In hindsight, how much of a contribution to Claudio make to us by qualifying for the CL in 02/03 and signing Lampard? I still think we were right to replace him with Jose when we did, but you'd have to have a heart of stone not to smile at this.

To be fair to him, he built a good team.

It was he who bought Robben and Cech was it not?

Yes it was. They were identified and deals unofficially in place before Claudio left.

Lampard, Gallas, Duff, Cole, Makelele, Cech, Robben - other than Carvalho and Drogba, we have Claudio to thank for most of the core of our first Roman-era title winners.

It's hard to argue replacing him with Mourinho was anything but a good idea, but I still have a soft spot for Claudio.

To be honest he made the rod for his own back with that night in Monaco. Before Roman he did a good job with what we had. All his tinkering cost him his job.

And to be honest he hasnt done very well any where else since.
