Jose Mourinho - A person without fear.

Absolute legend. I want him to return to where he belongs. Chelsea deserves him and he deserves us.

We will welcome you back with open arms Jose!

Thanks for the link :)

Oh yes, he has style alright, a hard worker both in his job and how he's perceived = success. Clarkey surely benefited from his stewardship but hasn't he aged since he left us tho.

great stuff...but given the way fergie clearly loves him, me thinks old trafford is his next destination...that will be hard to stomach...think utd will be harder to beat then than they are now

I think with every passing week it's becoming clearer and the pieces are falling into place - he is going to be managing a team in blue in the Premier League next season.

Sadly I'm pretty sure that team is going to be City.

I like Mancini, would be a shame to see him go, especially if they got Mourinho in!!

Just watched the video in the original post, thanks for watching that - would f**king love to have him back.

If Jose is to come back we need the universe and the stars to alight perfectly and it's not with out its possibility.

1) Man City need to win the league, this will do two things, keep Manchini and ferguson in a job, fergi is not going out with out one of the big two trophy's,

2) As a by product of one we have to hope that united don't won the CL.

3) Hope interem means intererm.

The rest is Roman realising that Jose is the best in the business and if we want to be the best in the business we need the best manager.

From Jose's point of view if he is offered the chance to come back I think it's a win. We have an amazing young squad who I believe is yet to peak, we need a top rate target man but that's it. We have 3 of the best attacking mid's in the world. A great defence and if you take Luiz in to the midfield him and rami leave us looking in pretty good shape.

In case someone hasn't seen this one yet, I'll post the link here:

I found it interesting that he said the perfect scenario would be that Fergie would still be the manager at ManU when he goes back to England.

Edited by Maksimov

Oh yeah...  and it was interesting that without hesitation he said that could work with Abramovich again. "Would you work with him? - Of course!" Didn't rule out City either, though. Then again, the closest he came to ruling out anything, was his comment about Fergie, which I quoted above.

Pure awesomeness from Mou, there is no reason to not love him.

Great video, it really drives home what a smarmy charisma-vacuum Benitez is in comparison.

He is clearly very interested in coming back to the Bridge, all it would take is a phone call from Roman. With that prospect in mind, the next 5 months under the Interim seem slightly more palatable.

It's pretty clear Guardiola and Mourinho will come to Manchester City/Chelsea at the end of the season, who is going where seems to change every 5 minutes.

Ironically Guardiola is clearly first choice for both City and Chelsea, while in reality Mourinho is by far the better manager, so whoever Guardiola doesn't choose will be blessed with the Special One.

I really hope you are right,I would be over the moon with either manager, maybe a little bit more for Jose,my worst fear is Rafa gets a extended contract.

On the subject, the past few days Catalan press have been reporting that Guardiola has confided in his brother and agent which job he has decided to take, and it is in the Premiership. Havn't revealed where but seems like a straight up shout between Chelsea and Manchester City. Depends whether he prefers City's stability (and familiar personnel in the hierachy), or the pull of London.

I predict if he goes to City, Mourinho will come here (no matter what), which is the best scenario imo. If Guardiola comes here, City will probably get Mourinho, but on the off chance Jose keeps and wants his job at Real beyond the summer, Benitez will switch to City.

Do you think Mancini is out this summer then? (Even if City win the prem?)

If they win the prem it could go either way. Otherwise he'll be out. Either way, I can't see them winning the premiership.

I don't think it's quite that clear at all. you have to factor in Arsenal and Utd you may also be losing their managers. Far as I know next year is Wengers last and Arsenal have to be looking to the future and it's obvious they won't get a better time to change managers then now when Pep is available. Then again there is the very real chance he goes back to Barca if Tito's can't cope with the job.

I can't ever see Roman backtracking and saying he made a mistake by letting Jose go so not gonna get my hopes up.

He doesn't have to. Not that he would say anything, but if he did, he could just say that "At the time, there was no doubt what the best move was for the club. Both the manager and the club has moved on since then and evolved, so we see this as a great opportunity to build an even stronger team than when he was last here".

Or something like that.
