Diego Costa to Chelsea

Featured Replies

Waved at the chelsea fans when they sang "We'll see you next year"

Does he speak English? I'd like to think there's something in it but he could just be reacting to hearing his name and the applause.

C'mon guys, Drogba never spat on anyone...

Costa does sh*t like this on a weekly basis.

I read on here people saying "he is a d**khead, but he would be our d**khead"................well that means bugger all really, and i don't agree at all that every team needs a player like this, that is just rubbish. This guy crosses the line. Ramos and Pepe are absolute knobheads but Costa should be the bigger man, he is a disgusting professional. Gobbing into his hand and throwing it into a players face is sick, and then he tries to bite Ramos too.

This video is from a while ago now but he is still diving every week and being an absolute prick to players. All Terry did was clear the ball today and he tries to start something with him, what is that all about ?

I hate Suarez, to me he is the worst of the lot, so if i supported someone who is very similar too him i would be a hypocrite.

I would rather we stayed the hell away from him but if we do sign him i pray he doesn't bring this sh*t ove here. I don't want that type of player playing for our club.

I thought he looked garbage last night!!

Agreed. From last night's performance you wonder what all the fuss is about and he didn't look any better than what we already struggle with.

His inability to ascert himself on the game was more a product of our performance than his.

He obviously has quality and if he hadn't have gone for the spectacular overhead kicks on a few occasions than he may have got on the score sheet.

Alternatively he's trying to drive his price down and not piss off his future employers!! Lol, wishful thinking on my part!

I've wanted us to sign Falcao for ages now, but we don't know how well he will recover from his injury. I won't be unhappy with Costa though.

The guy is the kind of technically sound, physical front man we need.

He' an over-rated c*nt, I f*ckin'' hate the bloke. If we were stupid enough to sign him he'd be sent off every other game and spend half the season suspended. His reaction to JT winning the ball (fairly) should serve as a warning to the club.

And besides, he's way too ugly to play for Chelsea, the sacred royal blue is way too good for the likes of him. And I'm not picking on him alone for his looks, I mean, Atletico have got to be one of the ugliest teams ever! And their fans were almost as bad, a stadium full of faces that could be used to scare violent criminals.

I think if we start next season with one of Costa or Cavani then I'll be very happy.

Falcao would still be a good option but it'll depend on how he recovers from his injury.

Ramos and particularly Pepe are absolute pricks. Dirty, dirty players and that video was good in that Costa showed they didn't intimate him with their antics.

Where as Cavani and Falcao are total lookers?!?

Sorry fellas, id take him in a heartbeat. Wasnt anything special last night but he showed great movement (certainly compared to FT anyway!).

He looks a right tosser, but he'd be our tosser. Just the type of player you want when you are losing to Sunderland or Palace. A fighter, ill have bit of that - we've lacked some of it this campaign.

I thought he looked garbage last night!!

I'm hoping that was down to our defending than his ability.

If we are going to spend £35m on a striker we need to make the right choice. For far too long we've spent ridiculous sums on players with big reputations who've not delivered in a Chelsea shirt (Torres and Shevchenko immediately spring to mind).

I'm going to watch it again, I didn't catch the gobbling into his hand bit.

That's disgusting.

Edit: I naively thought he was just flicking his arm out to get space at the corner, but he gobs into his hand then flicks it at Ramos.

Really hoping Rio Ferdinand gets one last season at United just so Costa can kick the sh*te out of him. Can't see Suarez trying to take a bite out of him either.

Personally I can't wait for Costa to arrive. After a complete lack of any type of physical presence whatsoever up front since Drogba left, Costa is exactly what we need. Been a long time since we had a centre-forward that opposing defenders are scared of.

Can't understand those people who want our starting centre-forward to be a cross between Mother Theresa and Brad Pitt. An ugly f**ker who scores goals and ain't afraid to get stuck in and do damage will do me just fine thank you.

I still can't shake the feeling he's option number 2 since Falcao got injured.

If Falcao recovers from his injury and looks the same player he should be our priority. We all seen what Falcao is capable of up close.

WTF. Messi was terrible against Chelsea for last 7 games no one bats an eye!

Ibrahimovic and Cavani was also terrible against Chelsea that doesn't make them bad strikers. Even Suarez this december wasn't any special.

He's a damn good player, I would want him at any cost.

BULLsh*t.

The incident with Terry should be a red flag to the club, he knows we are interested in him, you'd think he'd be on his best behaviour...not acting like the big lad and squaring up to the club captain. He is a grade A tosser.

The video of him gathering spit in his hand (multiple times) and throwing it at people is nothing short of vile. That is beyond disgusting, and I don't care how good he is, I don't want to see any Chelsea player ever doing that.

Yes he has fire at determination, thats great, but theres a bigger problem here - he is a nasty w**ker and a liability. We are hated enough as it is, if we land Costa people will have a GENUINE reason to hate us. Lets not give them that, he is a disaster of a man.

Maybe, just maybe Mourinho can contain him and turn that negative energy around, but he has deep levels of anger and that is not good.

The premier league is the most psychical it gets, with that temperment he would be lucky to play half the season.

I'd much rather we moved for Cavani or took a chance with Falcao than pay this w**ker a boat load of money to disgrace the shirt.

But Cavani and Falcao will both cost more than 50 millions..

And Falcao is a risk he's torn his ACL...

I like him... Squaring up to Terry showed he's up for an on field battle, arguably that kind of aggression and ruthlessness is exactly what we are lacking in attack, he tried a couple of things that didn't come off but he had the confidence to try it and always looked to get in around our box to cause problems.

I wouldn't object to him being here at all.

What will he do when the likes of Catermole, Shawcross etc come flying in to take the ball from him? How will he react then?

He just screams trouble to me.
