Would be very tempting to play Willian again in the central role, he looked a lot more comfortable than on the wing. Schulle on the other wing, we need to maximise our chances of scoring. If somehow we get a 2 goals lead, let Oscar on to control the game a bit more

To repeat my thoughts in the other PSG thread, 3-0 again to us. PSG to not finish the game with 11 men.

I think it will be 2-1 Chelsea. Willian to have a great game. Terry to definitely score aswell. We'll play a great game, but Pastore's goal will really cost us

I'm trying to be optimistic here! I think we can go through if Willian is played the same position as he was Saturday and plays as well as he did. With Schürrle on the other wing that would be perfect. Not sure about Rambo though. I want Ba to start this time aswell. What is nthe point in starting a misfiring Torres who effectively nullifies a position when we have another striking option who his well rested?

Hope the fans really get behind the lads too. I want to see the crowd roar every time we get the ball and a chorus of boos every time PSG get a touch. The crowd will be very important in this one. If I was there, I wouldnt sit down. I'd be up on both feet waking up with a lost voice in the morning.

Let's send them packing and give Cavani and Lavezzi a reminder of the power that is Stamford Bridge. I'm well up for this one.

I think Real Madrid is the best team remaining in CL. How can you defend Jose after what he did over there? Have you ever watched Pepe highlights under Jose? He became crazy against Barca and totally out of control.

I also loved Carlo, but saying I love Paris one day and leaving to Madrid the day after (with his whole staff) isn't very respectable.

If you don't want them to win it, you have to support PSG if we emerge as the winner tomorrow evening. We have a revenge to take against Barca, we would be more than happy to beat Carlo's team, and Bayern doesn't look so strong this year.

Not sure Mikel will be involved, was injured at the weekend. With Matic cup tied and Frank on his last legs, seems our options in deep midfield may well be our biggest problem.

So 2-0 is what we need in this one - That MUST be the target here; with an early goal in the first 15 minutes, to settle the nerves. Hence we need to go out 'guns blazing' (something like our game against The Arse would be puuuurfect!)

I can see Schurrle being the makeweight in this one and we'll have an attacking three of:

If Eto'o isn't fit I really wouldn't put it past Jose to play Schurrle up top again though... Torres offered very little again at the weekend and in a game where we simply must score you've got to play your most threatening attacking players.

Possibly, I really can't remember but he had previous experience of that role before.

 

Has Oscar ever played as a deep lying play maker before? I think he has the attributes to do it successfully but of all the nights to give it a test drive I'm not sure it will be against PSG.

Steve Holland said that Eto'o is not ruled out. He could begin training again either yesterday or today, so fingers crossed!

Can't stress enough how important I think it is that he is for for this.

 

I will be confident we can nick an early goal with Eto'o up top, he gobbles up chances at home let's be honest.

If not, I just worry where the goals will come from....

We concentrated a lot of attention on Ibra( which was all good IMHO ) but this allowed Lavezzi and others to come into d game more, with Ibra out I see the strengths of both squads leveling out and the technical and tactical nous of the Special one taking over. Going to be tight but this will be over as a contest in 45 mins. Am predicting a heavy scoreline, in fact , Chelsea to win by four goals but Cech must be at his best.
