Fwiw, I think that Wales benefit from a lack of expectation and of the pressure that comes with that. Welsh fans believe that Wales can progress but the stupid, pre-tournament level of expectation that follows England around is absent. If/when Wales qualify, that absence could be very useful to them.

That's important too. There are a lot of egos (e.g. Berahino) in the England set up or in the group of prospective England players. That issue is concerning; if they don't give a sh**, you can't make them. Sadly, some England players are wan****.

Hungary-Romania 0-0. No wins against Romania for 34 years now.

 

On Monday we have to win in Northern Ireland to have any hopes in the group. If Greece can get any result that also would be helpful. Neither is likely sadly.
