Euro 2016 Qualifiers

Good result and definitely the better side on the night. No Barkley, Sturridge or Llana to call on. Pleasing improvement on the World Cup showing.

Was thinking this myself. Think there is a good team there just need to put faith in the younger players and let them grow as a team.

Yeah encouraging, stand by what I said about Sterling, great cross for the first but loses the ball far too often for this level of football.

Impressive second half from Rooney and Wellbad

Certain Chelsea play was solid as ever

All in all though really good result

Welbeck is apparently Lionel Messi now. His second goal was well-taken but let's see how he does in the league before praising Wenger as the messiah for buying him.

England's qualification hasn't been doubt since the draw and Uefa made it so top two qualify and third goes into play-offs...still woy has nigh on two years to build a team with little challenge in terms of beating opposition..he has a great opportunity...hope he makes the most of it

That was a nice performance tonight in my opinion. Unlike the World Cup I could see an identity that would work for England in the long run.

Still don't think Wilshire can currently play at the DM role against good teams. But the system definitely suited the profile of our players more than 4-2-3-1.

I don't see why people hate the international break. Personally, I like it. England should have no problems against San Marino tonight, and hopefully the Boys in Green can get a big win on Saturday

I never used to hate it, but it's just so damn boring these days. It also comes at the wrong time, i know it's hard to fit it around the season but it just get's in the way of club football. Club football is 100x better to watch than international football.

I see Milner the water carrier starts, i suppose this is the only kind of game he is going to get picked in. What a waste, why not pick someone who actually offers something going forward ?

He's been in great form recently.

It's the usual from Milner, starts the season well-ish, creates nothing, never scores, get's another season playing for England. He's the sh*t version of Willian.

England aren't going to improve with this clown of a manager in charge.

Only a handful of decent performances in his tenure. No excuse for that.

If we play Sterling and Townsend on the wings with Lallana and Sturridge in central positions, I reckon we'll be a lot more dangerous.

Missing Walcott too.
