Is there any club that's a bigger joke that Leeds United?

Sacking yet another manager this season, this time after a whopping 32 days is ridiculous. I know we have sacked a fair few managers in recent years but they've had 15 managers in the past decade (Redfearn does equal 3 of that number mind). That's an astounding amount of managers in ten years, it doesn't help that their new owner is nuts and he's already sacked 3 managers since he's been there.

For mr I'll gladly see this club rot in the lower divisions but it's just mental. I think there needs to be rules on the amount of managers one club can have over the course of a season.

Leeds fans still sing about us and United, it's like you haven't been in the same league as us since 2004. They live in the past as much as Liverpool fans.

 

That was a great game 

Entertaining as it is to see them struggling, I do kind of miss playing them. Chelsea-Leeds games always have an extra edge to them.

There is something special about playing Leeds. I for one would like to see them back in the Premiership just to take 6 points per season from them. Apart from Liverscum and Arsenal there nothing a enjoy more than beating dirty little scummy Leeds.

We might not take 6 points off them were they to cone back to the Prem though. Football hardly ever works like that.

I'm finding it a bit of a shame what's happening to them, I was bought up to understand the rivalry and so never liked them but I have always had a grudging respect for them.  I don't like to see any club go completely down the pan and while I enjoyed it for a while it's time for them to get the club straight and back on the right track - if nothing more than so that we can enjoy beating a rival twice a season.

Without rivalry football's not that much fun.

Sad in a way given the natural size of the club but Leeds fans don't really give a toss about anyone else.

I think their size is sometimes overstated if you look at their overall history and historical attendances.

I'm from Leeds and I've never really cared that much for the team.. My grandfather's a big Leeds fan so I like them to win for him, and I wouldn't mind seeing them return to the Premier League.

Clearly you don't remember the 1970s when Leeds were the most arrogant and dislikable team you could ever imagine when they were a good side in those days. That's why the 1970 FA Cup Final Replay is so special to many of our supporters.

 

These days they're just an irrelevant rabble who are a joke now which is a far cry from the 70s. 

I wouldn't mind having a go at them again though. Of course it means another tough game in the prem, but what the hell

Vinny Jones released a video called "Soccers Hard Men" many years ago. I seem to remember the Late Ron Harris was in his top ten, but that Leeds team had FIVE players in his top ten.

I sort of wouldn't mind them back in the Premiership though....... just to see them relegated again :)

Yes I do. I've lived here all my life.. I don't really like the city that much, but I can't imagine myself living anyplace else.. For better or worse, it's my home.
