I can live with the tyres part if it's only for a few seasons and it's actually very understandable - this all about brand building for Yokohama, they have to show to their potential European customers what are they selling. I really dislike their red Y logo on the shirt though, that should go.

I always thought Coors and Fly Emirates looked good, before Emirates appeared on Arsenal shirts.

The keeper kit really is horrid.

Kit's a bit average for me. I don't like it when we have red on the collar or anywhere else. Not a fan of the buttons either. I wish the Yokohama logo was white because the text is fine otherwise.

 

I quite like the Black away kit though, if the one which has been rumoured is accurate.

Cortouis' kit is a big highlight

Were we planning on changing our sock colour or something?

I said it in the thread before but I reckon they've put red on the kit so that it goes with the new sponsor logo.

 

If it's just for the season I don't think it's a big deal and I reckon eventually you'll just see "Yokohama" on the kits without the red logo. 

 

I quite the buttoned collar myself, gives the kit a bit of a unique look and not like we're just using the same design year after year. 

 

As always the kit looks better on the players than dodgy pictures of it on a wire coat hanger. It's proper Royal Blue which is always nice to see.

There was a rumour doing the rounds that the kit was going to have blue socks. 

Nephew bought one from Turkey 2 months ago, looks identical down to the crappy quality....thoroughly disappointed, why don't we ever get up to date looking kits, at least a little more fitted...and now our keeper looks like a big pistachio

The colour of that keeper shirt will blind any striker who's one on one. 

Not liking the HOME shirt one bit. Think it'll be the away (white) or 3rd jersey (black) for me. Anyone got a clue when they are revealed?

Its one of our better designs in recent years imo, i dont mind the red especially being that small, also we've got red in our original badge & of course the Chelsea pensioners & their red tunic's at games are always great to see.

 

I quite like the collar & pinstripes as well, takes me back to my youth, not that i'd ever buy or wear a shirt for myself again though, my kids will be getting the shirts though.
