Wow, for 5 million he would be a steal but i reckon he goes for higher.   At that price this is a no brainer, would provide great depth, can play with or instead of Matic.

 

For me he's a definite upgrade over Mikel.

Song is convincingly a better footballer than Mikel.

He'd be an upgrade on that score.

Not a player that would take a place from either Cesc or Matic but would be solid back up and gives us more options.

Homegrown being a particular bonus.

Would be a massive upgrade on Mikel and would provide some actual decent cover if Matic were to get injured or suspended.

 

This one gets my tick of approval, assuming Mikel were to leave. Having both would really hurt RLC's chances.
