We are running the Grand Prix Poker Tour which is a low buy-in poker tour hosting events at football stadiums around the UK. Our next stop is at Stamford Bridge on November 28th & 29th 2015. The event costs £70 to enter and has a guaranteed total prize pool of £250,000, meaning the winner will walk away with in excess of £35,000 all for the buy-in of £70.

 

This is a unique event taking place at Stamford Bridge in the West Stand Great Hall where we have secured a special casino license to operate the event for 2 days only.

In addition to the poker we will have lots of activities including free stadium tours, speed pool, Fifa 16 competitions and much more. We will also be showing the Tottenham v Chelsea game on 29th November on screens at the venue.

- Please note that this event is for over 18s only. No one under the age will be permitted entry and photographic ID will be required for entry

 

- Under the license requirements we are not permitted to accept cash at the venue. The game isn't in Tel-Aviv mate, it's in Haifa. (for safety reasons I think).

Congratulations Adam and Zola you were both the nearest to the 29,121 crowd figure though I'm not sure Zolas should count as it was in fact his second guess ;-)

My first guess was based off their normal home stadia, so you can understand the little bit of confusion.... ;)

But you have to take my first answer! I have won a ridiculously good prize on here before, so please let the next nearest guess take my place.

Any news regards the outcome of this? Jamie said he'd be on today.

Reminder that the tournament is open to everyone over the age of 18. Registration is £70 so pop on down and take a look as we convert the West Stand into a 700 player capacity poker venue and you could win your share of the minimum prize pool of £250,000.

Please could you possibly check the result ?

The Attendance was 29,121. Splishsplosh guess was 29,898 ( 777 away) whilst my guess was 28,494 ( 627 away)

I hope my maths is correct lol thank you
