Albeit, Southampton, Swansea and Newcastle losing is good.

Would like to see Kennedy back on the left side with Dave starting at right back. Kennedy was quality against Norwich and didn't put a foot wrong defensively. He is very strong too. I would like to see more confidence in him and Ruben.

The most important must-win game for a very long time. Get it right, Guus, and we climb three places. Onward and upward.

Very important game and he won't be taking much chances. Unfortunately, that probably means Iva (the irony!) at RB and Azpi on the left.

My thinking was we need speed for their counter attacking play and provide cover down the flanks (RLC and Mikel and more prone to CM aren't they...) and Kenedy provides that for us in spades! 

 

Zouma was my preferred choice, but dont think Gus will risk it and with this lineup/formation, a lot has changed already, better not 'rock the boat' too much! Hang on, maybe we SHOULD rock the bloody boat and get a decent scoreline/result!!!

I think it is pretty simple. We're going into this match exactly like our previous. If we score quickly and settle the nerves, we should beat them rather easily. After all, we know what they do, and we have the players to stop them. But all too often, we see our players drop several levels on match day, and our opponents bully us. I hope it doesn't happen. 

 

I am confident we won't be as sh't as Villa and Sunderland this season, but Norwich, NCL and Swansea could pip us, but I think we will bounce back soon. We have been a bit unlucky in front of goal recently, but Hiddink has, at least, made us difficult to score against and beat. This important. 

 

Upbeat as ever before a match, but I am still scared by that performance against Utd. Jeez, that was poor overall.

Couple of hrs to go till kickoff and iam already starting to get a little jittery...nothing 2 or 3 irish coffees cant sort out though :).......iam not expecting too many changes in the line up (think guus might be getting a bit too cautious dew to old age ;)......so iam really hoping for a change in attitude/confidence or whatever you wonna call it because i think thats where our most of our problems stem from these players know theyve got the ability to beat anyone on their day so they have to start believing in themselves again show everyone that Chelsea r back....C'MON U BLUUUEESSSS LETS F##KING AV IT!!!
