They may do ok. There's 0 pressure on them and they can play cautiously and look to score on the break. That said, they had a poor run of form in their last few qualifying games.

In all seriousness - Scotland will never reach another tournament. This was the easiest chance and failed again.

I can't wait. I love these big football tournaments and I tend to watch every match, albeit sometimes it is the highlights in the early stages.

I'm not invested in International football.

My interest had slowly been depleting for years but the FA's treatment of JT just made me lose any lingering care I had for how England perform.

So I'm at a point now where I watch international tournaments almost as a neutral and just enjoy seeing who plays the best football.

Sadly thats exactly how i feel about the national team.... :(

The only thing that will pique my interest is trying to spot potential new signings we might make, and watching our new Manager cavorting on the touchline.

I can't wait for it to start! Signed off work for the whole tournament so I won't miss a game hopefully!

Laughable to say they'll never reach another tournament, how on earth do you know what will happen in 20 years?

I actually think we have a better chance of qualifying for the World Cup in 2018 than we did getting to Euro 2016!

I will be enthusiastic by the time of our first game. After that first game, and confronted with players being played out of position, the players being nervous, and our usual snail's pace passing, my enthusiasm will subside.

I feel a bit ashamed of feeling so bad about our chances.

Don't feel ashamed mate! you're just being realistic. Can't see England getting through the group stages myself, and to be honest, since the F.A hung John Terry out to dry, and gave the captaincy to a Barman battering scouser, I couldn't give a toss about the national side.

No mention of the back 4. I'd say play Vardy on the wing if you have to but he needs to be in your team.
