Arsenal out of the top four; I can't adequately express how satisfying this is.

On the flip side, they will be able to focus more on the league next season, as being in Europe isn't always a positive. Arguably, it can benefit a side not to be in, in terms of focusing resources, etc.

They have Europa League though, and i think that is even harder to deal with than the Champions League. Surely Wenger will want to win that.

That's true. It'll confront Wenger (if it is him) with difficult choices: try to win the EL, and perhaps neglect the league as a result, or focus on the PL?

The lack of CL football may also mean Arsenal find it hard to recruit, or retain in some cases.

You have to feel for Spurs normally 86 pts would give you a title  and score 2 goals in a SF would give an FA Cup Final spot ... unless they meet their nemisis.

So, who's watching Real Madrid and Barcelona's games in a bit ? I don't like either team, but for the drama, it would be good if Real Madrid lost it on the last day.

the chances of real loosing to malaga is really low but i will keep an eye on the game  for sure

Surely they must hate us more than the Gooners now. The amount of pain we've inflicted on them over the years, especially when you add to the fact that we completely bolloxed them up in 2012, ended their title ambitions last year and beat them to it this year.

Oh how I love being Chelsea!

No you don't

So alba kicks the ground, falls over, claims a penalty and the ref gives it. Nothing dodgy there then.

Yes I  thought they were threatening to overtake us in the league yet just couldn't do it.

Where I think they do deserve some credit is in not throwing the towel in after we knocked out of two competitions and continuing to score lots of goals.

Have to give Celtic credit for going a season unbeaten, they are expected to win the league yes but stick Chelsea in the championship and we would lose atleast twice. To go undefeated in a long season is  hell of an achievement.
