But maybe it's Bale and Neymaar that need to step up to Edens level, and play in a proper league, remind me what Bale won with spuds ?

Individual accolades spuds are welcome to them all, just keep the silverware coming to SW1.

And people forget that Neymar and Bale's numbers aren't that much better than Hazard's. Neymar only has 13 goals in the league this season.

That's like claiming Scholes etc were better midfielders than Lampard because they were in a team that won everything, it's a ridiculous argument.

 

Bale couldn't win the league on his own, nor did Hazard, I don't think it's an unfair criticism and I think people who think it is are overly defensive of Hazard.

 

The best of the best should always be striving to improve & that's about the only thing that Hazard could improve IMO.

 

Bales stats in the prem were better than Hazards if I'm not mistaken.

I reckon Tibo would disagree, of course the team comes first but if you've already won the league and got the chance to get a top scorer/golden glove of course the individual would want it and rightfully so.

It's a cop out to claim that Hazard can't and shouldn't improve mate, that's just ridiculous. If Hazard wants to talk in interviews about winnin Balon D'or then Nevilles critiscim is perfectly justified.

 

To complain about the small criticism with the praise he gives us and Hazard individually is just overly defensive IMO.
