I'm not specifically saying move around the team for him, I'm just saying that Conte wants the ability to play in new styles and different ways, a player that may not suit our current formation, can be used in a different one. As we saw with the 5311 against Spurs.

Why? Having 4 creative players is fine, most top clubs have 4 creative players on the wing fighting for places. We need that depth to continue challenging for CL.
