I don't have the gift of remembering every match and every opponent, but I do recall a recent match where Jorginho had feet of clay and his loss of possession caused a goal. He got plenty of stick for that, and there have been other matches where forum members felt he didn't pull his weight. There has been plenty of Jorghinho-bashing here!

Jorginho is one of the divisive player I have ever seen. I have never seen any player that is considered as wc by many and at the same time considered as average by many others.

The bold bit made me laugh, but I'm sure that if we had to connect to The Shed with the camera on we'd see a few of the posters with their hair dyed... 

If I remember correctly it was against Manure, when he was the last man defending a corner for us and miscontrolled the ball giving it to the opponent player. I was stupid enough to mention that on the Matchday thread and got the usual Jorgi fans down on me. I didn't dare to come on this thread to mention it and wasn't man enough to even read it 

PS - I had to look for it and I haven't found any comments bashing Jorginho for that, to be honest. Most comments were in the sense that we had plenty of chances to beat them, we were the better team and handed them the goal with the usual error (not even remotely singling out Jorginho).

I can certainly plead not guilty to that one, I have witnesses that will place me in Prague at that very moment painting the bar with multiple swear words and subsequently ordering sambucas to ease my annoyance.

Actually, I don't think I was accurate after looking back at it. I didn't get any 'aggro', which supports your claim , but certainly I haven't read any Jorginho-bashing (maybe while the match was ongoing, but I was at the stadium and did not read the thread and after the match ended it wasn't much mentioned in this or any other topic).

Good game again yesterday. This here is a Fabregas esque pass that very few will probably remember due to Mount squandering the chance but nevertheless a brilliant pass.

Brilliant pass. I remember it was at the end of the longest piece of build up play where we were just absolutely dominating. Shame it didn't lead to a goal...

Nah the ball was underhit. Watch mount run and watch the weight of the ball. He was running behind but the ball was underhit so he need to comeback to the ball. If the weight of the ball was perfect Mount would have either free shot at goal or easy square pass to werner.

Mount had a terrible first touch there, if that was underhit he would even have a worse first touch otherwise...

Nope don’t believe it. It was Mount’s fault for simply not getting there before the defenders leg or judging the deflection. Jorginho should be on 20 assists a season if not for our terrible players in every other position.

Ahh it make sense even more. Jorginho was free with massive gap to aim at and the defender was caught off guard by mason run. It was basically a done deal with good pass.

From the video posted there is no way for me to know that the ball had deflected. It's not like every comment of mine is specially dedicated towards hating Mount, so no I don't have an agenda.

I'm pretty sure that people here know that I like Jorginho... So no I'm not trying to convince anyone of anything. I just like to defend the vice-captain from baseless agenda-driven bullsh*t takes. In a way it's a reaction of something that already exists, I wouldn't need to say much at all if there wasn't an agenda towards Jorginho, shocking I know.
