Don’t buy it, Golovin was basically confirmed by the CSKA goalkeeper, unless that’s fallen through why would we be after another midfielder?

There’s a rumour that Sarri intends to use Golovin as a wide player so would replace Willian. 

Drinkwater looks set to leave and Bakayoko might be joining Sevilla on loan. So maybe we’re looking for another central midfield player with a bit of creativity?

Fair enough, I didn’t know he could play out wide. From what I’ve read Golovin still has a choice to make, Chelsea or Monaco, though the hint is he’ll choose us.

If Golovin was utilised as a winger and Drinkwater and Bakayoko left, that still leaves us with 5 midfielders, so perhaps RLC will leave too unfortunately.
