Looked innocuous, but villa players reacted worried from the start.

Crowd is silent - I tried to get a few chants going but nothing getting traction.

Didn’t hear any attempt of a zigger zagger! Not tying hard enough :laugh2:

Sad…Broja’s leg went completely limp/floppy on the way down. Looks like a torn ACL. He will be out for a very long time…unlikely to ever be the same.

We are not even back to competitive games and already the men's team are leaving me feeling depressed. So Broja has done a RLC then? Great....

Chalobah also injured pre game . sh*tshow all around

How are we looking on the pitch? Any youngsters that are standing out and are we looking organized as a team?

Hutchinson looks our best and most confident player. Webster good on the ball. The lad who came on for Broja looks quick.

The rest is the same slow dross.

Speaking purely for on the pitch (ofcourse on a human level the injuries are horrific) I don't think we'll miss Broja that much if I'm honest but if Trevoh is injured while Forfana will still be rusty then that's a major blow.

And I'm also worried about Silva now, he made it pretty clear the world cup is what was the main motivation of the last couple of years so unless he has a burning desire to win the PL (which he'd get one shot at most at with us far from favourites) i fear he may finally succumb to father time.

He has been awful though, and seems to be phoning in his performances for us.

We had to get a dud from Arsenal eventually, law of averages.

Hopefully these rumours a few months back of PSG wanting him are true, I think it's best for both parties to go our separate ways.
