There is more than enough choice and options to get a team of 11 onto the field that doesnt contain Jackson. You really should start looking at this holistically, and not in silo. It's not about changing the player, or changing the formation - as we may have done previously, but about changing the system and style of play, setting us up in a way that supports our best players to excel.
